Coaching
Corporate coaching is extremely useful when there are issues with staff and a manager or sponsor would like to effect some positive professional development through coaching. Coaching embeds essential skills and tools which then underpin the behavioural and cultural changes often required in the organisation.
The coaching process is undertaken and paid for by the organisation.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
In the first instance the coach meets with the coachee to determine if there is a good fit. The coach then meets independently with both the Sponsor and the Coachee to determine issues and goals. Diplomacy and tact are key.
A combined meeting is then held where the coach will facilitate the drawing up of shared issues and goals. The goals of the coachee run the process with a view to the goals of the Sponsor.
Throughout the process there are reviews where once again the coach meets with the Sponsor and then facilitates a meeting with the coachee and the line manager and or the sponsor.
Coaching is a confidential process and at no stage is either party’s privacy contravened. Virginia is highly skilled in this delicate facilitation where all stakeholders are able to state their case without concern it will be repeated.
