HOW DOES IT WORK?
THE COACHING CLINIC - MANAGER AS COACH
The Coaching Clinic® gives leaders and managers the coaching skills necessary to drive growth and productivity and is utilised by over 20,000 managers worldwide, including at Top 500 Global corporations such as IBM, American Express and Toyota, as well as Australian organisations such as Queensland Rail, Ray White Corporate, and the Australian Federal Police.
This Leader as Coach workshop combines a 2 day interactive workshop with follow-up coaching and gives managers the awareness, skills and tools to wield stronger influence and cultivate high-performance teams with effective coaching skills. The 2 day delivery format is flexible and can be done as full days or half days.
Why utilise the Coaching Clinic?
Managers drive the culture, engagement and performance of their staff. Managers who coach find they can influence the actions, behaviours and habits of their staff faster, more effectively and with long-lasting results. The Coaching Clinic aims to provide leaders with the tools to eliminate resistance to change and gain a greater understanding of their staff’s behaviour and is a powerful agent for fostering greater staff commitment, stronger employee engagement and a more collaborative workplace environment.
As a certified Coaching Clinic Facilitator and Master Coach, Brave Women's Coaching is frequently pursued by organisations seeking to develop effective leaders. Since first conducting the Coaching Clinic in 2004, 95% of participants have rated the course a perfect 10.
